Deery Brook SRL, the distributor of Alpha soldering materials in Romania, together with MacDermid Alpha Hungary, is pleased to announce the annual “Alpha Yearly Technical Seminar”, taking place on March 19, 2025, at Perla Events, Timișoara.
The event will bring together industry experts to discuss key topics such as solder pastes for ultra fine pitch applications, semiconductor back-end processes, material requirements for aviation and space applications, vacuum and vapor phase soldering and sintering, and the importance of metallurgical analysis for solder baths.
