MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, together with its Hungarian distributor Deery Brook SRL Hungarian Branch, successfully organized the Alpha Yearly Technical Seminar 2025 on October 7th, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Budaörs (2 Rubik Ernő Street).
The full-day seminar brought together professionals from the electronics industry for a series of highly informative and engaging presentations. Invited experts shared their knowledge on key topics such as:
- Application-specific solder pastes: stability and performance
- Low melting solder materials – key aspects of design and process
- Metallurgical analysis of solder baths for wave and selective soldering
- From heat dissipation to reliability: thermal interface and sintering materials for modern applications
- Cost-efficient solder materials – silver-reduced alloys, challenges, and limitations
- Material requirements and options for aviation and space applications
- Space application-related standards in electronics assembly
The presentations were held in both English and Hungarian, allowing participants to fully engage with the content and discussions.
Participants had the opportunity to raise practical questions related to assembly process challenges, which were discussed during the afternoon session.
